A postponed flight, a family commitment or a revised itinerary does not always mean cancelling the trip. Portugal Magik can move a confirmed booking to another available date or period without charging a change fee.
Tell us as soon as your plans change
Contact the team with your booking details, original travel date and the new dates you are considering. A wider range of possible dates makes it easier to retain the same type of vehicle, driver arrangements and itinerary structure.
We check the new period
Every date change is subject to availability. Our team checks the requested day or period and confirms what can be preserved. If the first date is unavailable, we can review nearby alternatives with you rather than leaving the request unresolved.
No Portugal Magik change fee
Portugal Magik does not add a fee simply for moving the booking to another available date. In the rare case a third-party arrangement has already been committed, such as a pre-purchased ticket, its supplier's own conditions apply.
Your revised details are confirmed in writing
Once the alternative date is agreed, the team updates the service details and confirms the change in writing. Review the revised date, pickup information and itinerary promptly so any discrepancy can be corrected before travel.
When you do not yet know the new date
If you need to postpone but cannot choose a replacement date yet, eligible amounts may be held as travel credit for up to five years. The timing rules and exclusions in the Booking Terms determine whether the amount qualifies.
