Portugal Tour Cancellation and Refund Timeline
The date of a cancellation determines which options are available. This timeline presents the current Portugal Magik policy clearly, while the complete Booking Terms remain the binding reference.
More than 90 days before the trip
For eligible service amounts, you can choose either 100% travel credit valid for up to five years or a 100% refund to the original payment method.
- Option 1: preserve the eligible amount as five-year travel credit
- Option 2: receive an eligible 100% refund to the original payment method
Between 90 and 30 days before the trip
You can choose either 100% travel credit valid for up to five years or a 50% refund to the original payment method. If the refund option is chosen, the remaining 50% is not retained as credit.
- Option 1: preserve 100% of the eligible amount as travel credit
- Option 2: receive a 50% refund, with the remaining 50% not available as credit
Between 30 and 7 days before the trip
Cash refunds are no longer available. The current policy allows the eligible amount to be preserved as travel credit for up to five years when cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the trip.
Less than 7 days before the trip
The standard terms do not promise the normal five-year cancellation credit inside this period. Contact the team immediately so the circumstances and any unused arrangements can be reviewed under the complete Booking Terms.
Amounts that follow separate rules
A small number of residual items, such as the booking fee and certain pre-purchased tickets, follow their own conditions. These are listed clearly in the complete Booking Terms, which remain the binding reference.
