Change your dates without a change fee
If your plans move, we can transfer your booking to another day or travel period without adding a change fee, provided the new dates are available. Contacting us early gives our team the best chance of preserving the itinerary, vehicle and arrangements you selected.
Choose credit when postponing makes more sense
For eligible cancellations made between 90 days and 7 days before the trip, the full amount paid can be preserved as Portugal Magik travel credit for up to five years. This can be especially useful when the trip is postponed rather than abandoned.
Refund choices for earlier cancellations
More than 90 days before the trip, eligible service amounts can be refunded in full to the original payment method or kept as credit. Between 90 and 30 days, guests may choose full travel credit or a 50% refund. Refunds are not available less than 30 days before travel.
Support when flights or weather interfere
If a delayed or cancelled flight prevents an arranged service from being used, the unused eligible amount is kept as travel credit for up to five years. When weather or an unforeseen event affects a day, our first response is to adjust the route, offer an alternative or reschedule where possible.
