We do not pull from anonymous driver apps. Every Portugal Magik driver is interviewed in person, road tested, and vetted by our operations team before a single guest sits behind them.

Is the driver also a guide?
On most tours your driver provides rich commentary and orientation. For deep historical site visits we can pair you with a separately licensed guide.
Will I have the same driver every day on a multi day trip?
Whenever scheduling allows, yes. Continuity is something we actively try to preserve.
Are tips included?
Tips are never required. They are appreciated when guests feel the service deserves it, but the rate you pay is the rate.
Can the driver recommend restaurants?
Absolutely. Restaurant recommendations are one of the most requested things our drivers do, and they are happy to call ahead.
