In the afternoon, we'll journey to the coast, exploring the charming seaside town of Cascais, once a quaint fishing village and now a lively hub of coastal elegance. Leaving the city behind, we journey north to one of the world's most stunning wine regions: the Douro Valley. An UNESCO World Heritage site, its dramatic, vine-covered hillsides plunge down to the winding Douro River. We’ll stop at breathtaking viewpoints for unforgettable photos. Your afternoon includes a visit to a traditional 'quinta' (wine estate) for a tour and tasting, followed by a relaxing private boat trip on the river, offering an unique perspective of the valley's beauty. You'll spend the night surrounded by the serene landscapes of the Douro. - Day 4 — Douro Valley Delights & Departure
Savor a final, relaxing morning in the Douro Valley. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast with vineyard views and perhaps one last stroll. Depending on your flight schedule, we can visit another family-run winery for a final taste of the region's famous wines, or explore the charming historic center of Amarante en route to Porto.
