Day by day

1. Day 1 — Porto Arrival & Homeland Visit
   Upon arrival at Porto Airport (OPO), you will be greeted by your private guide and driver. We'll transfer to your hotel to drop off your luggage before journeying south for a special visit to Gafanha, followed by the charming city of Aveiro, the 'Venice of Portugal,' and the colorful striped houses of Costa Nova.
2. Day 2 — Historic Porto: A City of Bridges & Books
   Explore the vibrant city of Porto, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Today's journey will take you through historic neighborhoods, past iconic landmarks like the Dom Luís I Bridge, and into one of the world's most beautiful bookstores. You'll also visit the riverside area of Vila Nova de Gaia to learn about the history of Port wine.
3. Day 3 — Journey South: Coastal Legends & Medieval Walls
   Leaving the north, we travel south towards your base in Cascais. Along the way, we'll visit the legendary fishing village of Nazaré, famed for its giant waves and rich history, before stepping back in time within the beautifully preserved medieval walls of Óbidos.
4. Day 4 — Sintra's Fairytale Palaces & Europe's Edge
   Discover the magical landscape of Sintra, a cool, verdant mountain dotted with fairytale palaces and exotic estates. Your visit will focus on the most iconic sites while avoiding the longest lines, followed by a trip to the dramatic cliffs of Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe.
5. Day 5 — The Heart of Lisbon: A Tale of Seven Hills
   Experience the vibrant capital city of Lisbon on a full-day guided tour. From the historic monuments of the Age of Discoveries in Belém to the ancient, winding streets of the Alfama district, you'll uncover the city's unique charm and history at a comfortable pace.
6. Day 6 — Faith and Knights: Fátima & Tomar's Templar Castle
   Today offers a journey through Portuguese history and faith. You'll have a brief, respectful visit to the world-renowned Sanctuary of Fátima, followed by an exploration of the magnificent Convent of Christ in Tomar, a UNESCO site and former headquarters of the Knights Templar.
7. Day 7 — South to the Sun: Évora's History & Alentejo Flavors
   We travel south to the Algarve, stopping en route in the heart of the Alentejo region. You'll discover Évora, a beautifully preserved museum-city with Roman and medieval roots, and indulge in the region's celebrated cuisine and wines.
8. Day 8 — Algarve's Golden Coast: Sea Caves & Ponta da Piedade
   Prepare for a day of stunning coastal scenery as you explore the Algarve's famous golden shores. A boat tour will reveal hidden sea caves and grottos, including the spectacular Benagil Cave, followed by an exploration of the dramatic rock formations at Ponta da Piedade.
9. Day 9 — 'The End of the World': Sagres & Historic Lagos
   Journey to the southwesternmost tip of Europe at Sagres, a place steeped in the history of Portugal's Age of Discoveries. Afterwards, you will explore the historic center of Lagos, your charming base in the Algarve.
10. Day 10 — Algarve Leisure & Farewell Moments
    Enjoy a full day at your leisure to relax and soak up the Algarve sun. Whether you choose to enjoy your hotel's amenities, visit a nearby beach, or do some last-minute souvenir shopping, your driver and guide remain at your disposal for local transfers.
11. Day 11 — Departure from the Algarve
